Let's Talk
White Label PPC Services for Agencies

White Label PPC Management.
The account stays yours.
So does the credit.

Most providers run your client's budget inside their manager account and send you a dashboard. We work inside yours, on Google and Meta, so you can open the change log at any hour and see what we did and why.

Sound familiar?

Are these the reasons you have not outsourced PPC yet?

Four situations we hear on almost every first call about white label PPC management. Each one has a structural answer, not a sales answer.

01 The unplanned yes

Your agency does not run PPC, but a client is asking for it

You handle SEO, web design, or social. A client now wants paid search and you said yes before you had a plan. Hiring one specialist for one account does not make economic sense.

02 The burned budget

You tried white label PPC before and the budget burned

The provider ran campaigns inside their own systems. You had no real account access. By month three the invoice kept arriving and the optimization stopped.

03 The capacity wall

Your PPC team is at capacity, but new accounts keep coming

Your specialists are stretched. You are turning away PPC clients or overpromising to keep them. Adding headcount before revenue justifies it is the wrong move.

04 The natural add-on

Your client wants paid ads alongside the work you already do

You built the site, you run the SEO, and now you want to add paid search management to the account without hiring an in-house specialist.

Real money burns in real time.

That is why everything we do is visible inside your agency's Google Ads Manager. Not a dashboard summary of it. The account itself, with every search term, bid change and budget decision the moment it happens.

Sequence

How every campaign gets built, optimized, and reported

Four stages, and nothing moves from one to the next without you. Your approval is a gate, not a courtesy.

01
Before any spend

Research and strategy sign-off

Keyword research and campaign structure are agreed before a dollar is spent. You see the plan, the budget split and the negative keyword list first, and nothing goes into the account until you have said yes.

  • Keyword research by niche and intent
  • Negative keyword list built first
  • Bidding strategy documented
  • Budget split sent for review
  • Your approval before anything moves
02
Before launch

Tracking verified and campaign built

Every conversion action is verified before the account goes live. A campaign launched on unconfirmed tracking spends real money against numbers nobody can trust, so tracking is checked first, then the build, then your sign-off.

  • GTM configured and tested on the client account
  • GA4 events linked to Google Ads
  • Campaign built to the agreed structure
  • Ad copy and match types confirmed
  • Campaigns live only after your sign-off
03
Every week

Ongoing optimization

Daily management, with every change logged and communicated. Because the work happens inside your own account, you can open the change history at any time and see exactly what was done and why, without waiting for a report.

  • Search terms reviewed every 3 to 5 days
  • Negative keywords added within 24 hours
  • Bids adjusted weekly on conversion data
  • Performance Max asset groups refreshed every two weeks
  • Budget pacing monitored weekly
04
Your cadence

White label PPC reporting

Reports go out under your agency name on the cadence you choose. Each one carries the optimization log and a period over period comparison, so your client sees what changed and what it did, not just a set of totals.

  • Conversions, ROAS, CPA and CTR covered
  • Optimization log included
  • Period over period comparison
  • Weekly, biweekly or monthly cadence
  • Visual2Action never appears anywhere

How the fee works on every account

Two charges, and the second one is the only one that repeats. Both are quoted against the account in front of us, and agreed in writing before work begins.

01 Month one, new accounts only A one time setup fee

Covers the research, the conversion tracking build and the campaign build. Charged once, at the start. It never appears again.

02 From launch onward A fixed management fee

One monthly figure for running the account at the spend level it covers.

It is agreed in writing, and it holds until we agree a new one with you.

03 What you charge your client Set by you, never seen by us

Your sell price and your margin are your business. We never see them, never ask for them, and are never in the room when they are discussed.

Already running the ads, but not getting the performance?

We can take over an existing account. There is no setup fee on a takeover, because the account already exists.

We audit it first and tell you what we find, including the times the honest answer is that the account is fine and the budget is the real problem.

What happens if your client raises the budget?

A bigger budget is a bigger job, so the fee is set against the spend level it covers rather than being the same number at every size.

What does not happen is a bill that recalculates itself. If the budget changes materially we requote, and you approve the new figure before it applies.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask before they hand over an account

Confidentiality and control

Will my clients find out I use a white label PPC provider?

No. Reports carry your branding, an NDA is signed before any account detail is shared, and Visual2Action has no client-facing presence.

Access to your ad account runs through the platform's own permission system, so there is no outside login, no third party dashboard and no external email address for a client to notice.

Who owns the ad accounts and the campaign data?

Your agency, or your client, exactly as it is set up today. Campaigns are built and managed inside your own accounts, your Google Ads Manager and your Meta Business Manager, never moved into ours.

The history, conversion data and audiences stay where they belong. If we ever stop working together you remove one access level and everything keeps running.

What if I do not have my own agency ad account yet?

Both routes work, and it is your call. The cleaner option is to create your agency's own Google Ads Manager account, which takes minutes and means the account and its history are yours from day one.

If you would rather not set one up right now, we can run the campaigns from our side under our credentials instead, and hand everything over later if you change your mind.

Will you ever contact my client directly?

Not by default, and never under our own name. The relationship is yours and every conversation runs through you.

If you want support on a client strategy call, a specialist can join under your agency name as part of your team. It is optional and agreed in advance.

Is white label Google Ads management legal?

Yes, and it is standard practice. Your agency contracts with the client and grants Visual2Action access to your Google Ads Manager to do the work.

Access runs through the platform's own permission system rather than shared logins, which is exactly how the platforms intend agency access to work.

Scope and delivery

Which ad platforms do you manage?

Google Ads and Meta are the core of every engagement, covering Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and remarketing on one side and Facebook and Instagram on the other.

YouTube sits inside the same Google Ads account, and LinkedIn and Reddit are run where the audience genuinely lives there. For anything beyond those we would want to see the account and the objective first, because we would rather say so on the call than promise something we cannot repeat every month.

Who provides the ad creative and the landing pages?

Either you do, or we quote it separately. Video and image creative for paid social, landing page design and build, and photography all sit outside the management fee.

Send us the assets you already have and there is nothing extra to pay. If you would rather we produced them, you get the cost in writing before anything starts, so it never turns up as a surprise line later.

Is white label PPC conversion tracking setup included, or charged extra?

Included as standard on every account. Google Tag Manager, GA4 event linking and conversion action verification are completed before any campaign activates.

A campaign optimized against unverified tracking spends real money in the wrong direction, and nobody finds out until the report.

How often are campaigns optimized?

Search terms every 3 to 5 business days, negative keywords within 24 hours, bids weekly on conversion data. Performance Max asset groups are refreshed every two weeks.

Every change is logged in your account's own change history, which you can open at any time.

How long before a new client's campaigns go live?

Most accounts are ready within 7 to 10 business days after strategy approval.

Tracking is verified in parallel with the build, and nothing goes live without your sign-off. Accounts needing a full tracking rebuild sit at the longer end.

Cost and performance

How does white label PPC pricing work?

A one time setup fee on a new account, then a fixed monthly management fee from launch onward. The setup fee covers research, conversion tracking and the campaign build.

The management fee is quoted against the account and the spend level it covers, and it holds until we agree a new one with you. We publish no partner rate card, so the figure is quoted against your actual account on a short call.

Is there a minimum ad spend?

No fixed minimum. Accounts run from a single local campaign up to multi-platform budgets.

What matters more than the number is whether the budget is large enough for the platform to gather conversion data. If it is not, we will say so on the call rather than let the account underperform under your name.

What happens if my client's PPC performance drops significantly?

You get the findings and the actions taken within one business day.

The account is checked for wasted search terms, bid strategy drift against the CPA or ROAS target, gaps in the negative keyword list, and platform-side changes affecting delivery. You can open the account yourself at any point and see the same data.
