Let's Talk
About Visual2Action
Visual Action

Every business can picture the outcome.
We build the work that gets there.

Most of the industry sells the picture and delivers a checklist. Closing that gap is the whole job, and it is what our name means.

Akash Dave, Director at Visual2Action

Akash Dave

Director

Over ten years in search. The first seven were pure execution: on-page, off-page and technical, all of it inside SEO agencies, so there is not much of an industry he has not already worked in. The years after that went into sales and account management, which is why he is the one who scopes the work and the one who calls when something has slipped.

Travels. Meditates. Genuinely terrible at keeping either of them to a schedule.

Jilesh Varma, Director at Visual2Action

Jilesh Varma

Director

Over ten years in search and paid. Agency side and in house, on a single product where you live with your own recommendations for years. He runs search strategy alongside the ad accounts, and not only the obvious two: Google Ads and Meta Ads, plus LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads and X Ads. He is also the one who will argue with you about which channel actually earned the sale.

Travels, watches films, and has a small child who recently reorganized his calendar without consulting him.

2015Akash and Jilesh meet at the same company and start disagreeing about how search work gets sold.
Late 2024Akash starts Visual2Action on his own, with a decade of work behind him he was never allowed to show.
2025Jilesh joins as the second director. Paid advertising comes in house and stays there.
Why we started

Four things we built the company to avoid

01

Work priced by budget band

A spend range should not decide the activity list. Two sites in the same industry rarely need the same work, so we build the list after the audit rather than before the invoice.

02

Problems found in month six

What ends an engagement is usually visible in week one and surfaces around month five, roughly a week before the client starts the goodbye conversation. We would rather say it early.

03

Technical work checked once

Fixes get made in month one and nobody looks again, while new pages, plugin updates and template edits quietly undo them. We re-check every month, including the quiet ones.

04

Backlinks left alone

Spam arrives whether you asked for it or not. We watch for it, and we check the links we built are still live long after we built them, including once an engagement has ended.

The Team

Everything happens in house, down to the last link

There is a team behind the two names and it is deliberately not the largest one you will speak to. Nothing goes to a vendor we cannot see, including link building, which is where most of the industry quietly outsources. We also treat blogger outreach and guest posting as two different disciplines, which is still not the norm.
